A Model in the Making

I couldn't resist posting this picture... Brianna has been my little model for a lot of my store products and I've had lots of fun dressing her up. Here she is modeling a crochet headband with a bow. I think she's having as much fun playing dress up as I am! Countdown to grand opening... 5 days!

Cool Stuff...

I found an awesome website... You can watch full-length movies and TV shows; from new ones like Heros, to old ones that aren't shown anywhere on cable! It's great! Be careful to monitor kids on the website, not all the content is good!
www.hulu.com

Oh, and I'm sure that everyone but me has already had their kids on the computer doing the Disney website stuff... I thought William was too young, but he caught on FAST and he's learning a lot on http://atv.disney.go.com/playhouse/allshows/index.html . There's lots of fun stuff there!

While I'm talking about cool sites... With 6 kids it seems that we often find ourselves trying to find specialized paper for homework (grapher paper, speical lined paper, music paper, penmanship paper, etc.). It always seems to be 9pm when they figure out they need it for homework the next day. Instead of running to the store, check out http://www.printablepaper.net/

One more... if you're looking for something in particular you might find it for FREE on http://www.freecycle.org/ . My friend Kim told me about this one and it's fun, people post things they're giving away!

That's it... enjoy!

William goes to Preschool!

WILLIAM'S FIRST DAY OF PRESCHOOL

William is going to Happy Apple Preschool here in Tempe and he loves it! He's the youngest in his class at 3 1/2, all the other kids are at least 4, because the younger class was full and he's turning 4 in a few months so they let him in. He's doing great and keeping up, he just has an occasional stubborn moment but I was prepared for that... he has stubborn moments all the time at home. I can't believe my little baby is in preschool, how does it happen so fast?

I'm getting ready to launch my new webstore: Rosie Posie Treasures, and the kids helped me to sort through some of the inventory (jewelry, baby stuff, bridal stuff, tiaras, etc.). Ultimately, I don't think Kelly appreciated me playing dress up with the boys... but to my defense, they did it themselves, they were goofing around!
